2. Services Provided

Clean Housekeeping provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Chicagoland area.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine scheduled cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Commercial office cleaning

  • Specialty cleaning services

Service details and availability are subject to change.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.

Final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • The condition of the property differs significantly from what was described

  • The square footage differs from what was provided

  • Additional services are requested

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with advance notice of 24 Hours.

While we do not charge cancellation fees, we request reasonable notice of 24 hours so we can adjust scheduling accordingly.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Securing pets

  • Informing us of any known hazards

Clean Housekeeping reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning.

We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Clean Housekeeping is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

Clients must notify us promptly of any concerns.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website if necessary.
